Transparency

Small Society is an open and transparent organization. Working methods, procedure and policy are laid down and transparent to parents. The quality of the service is regularly checked and recorded in reports and notes for each location. Reports of the GGD inspections are transparent to parents and an annual customer satisfaction survey is carried out, the results of which are published on the Small Society website.
